Voice infrastructure

Stop dialing people who were never going to answer.

Pulse dials with live answering-machine detection and carrier health signals, and Probe checks every number before it's dialed — DNC, DNO, line type, and who's really on the other end. Together they turn your dial list into conversations, not voicemail and dead air.

Pulse In production

Dialer and contact centre

Fewer dead dials. More live conversations.

Pulse is a complete outbound and inbound contact centre, built to put agents on live conversations instead of voicemail and dead numbers. Predictive and ratio dialing paired with answering-machine detection route agents to the calls that get picked up, on dedicated capacity for your account. It runs on a single server or as a cluster, and you add voice capacity as call volume grows without moving to a new platform.

  • Ratio and predictive dialing with answering-machine detection, so agents get connections rather than dial tone.
  • Capacity added live. Grow from one server to a cluster without downtime or a migration.
  • Carrier-port firewall that drops sources which never complete a call, before they reach your trunks.
  • Recording, transfers, soundboard and agent reporting included, not priced per module.

Number data and compliance

Don't waste a dial on a number that was never going to convert.

Probe answers the questions that decide whether a call should be placed at all, and what it costs you — in compliance risk or a wasted dial — if it shouldn't be. One API, five datasets, priced per answer — you pay for the answer, and "not listed" is an answer. Scrub a list in the portal before a campaign goes out, or call it in line from your dialer so a bad number never reaches an agent.

  • dnc — federal and state registries, known-litigator and trap lists in one query. The answer names which list matched.
  • dno — do-not-originate, so you never present a bank fraud desk as your caller ID. Answered by number, block and area code.
  • carrier — a per-number routing lookup: the routing number, carrier code and status, exactly as the provider states them.
  • line_type and geo — wireless, landline, VoIP or payphone, plus state, city, ZIP and timezone.

Edge In production

Signalling and media proxy

Keep your switch invisible to the internet.

Edge is a managed proxy that stands between your carriers and your platform, so your switch is never the address an outside party sees. It handles call signalling and relays the audio, running as a single node, or split so media scales on its own when that is the part under pressure. Carrier allow-lists and address rotation are part of the product, not a support ticket.

  • Hide your origin. Carriers and endpoints see the Edge, never your switch.
  • Scale media separately from signalling, up to 20 media nodes behind one signalling node.
  • Carrier allow-lists by source address, managed from the portal.
  • Address rotation when a route needs a fresh one.
